WOW Mal 2:16 "I hate divorce," says the LORD God of Israel. "I hate it when one of you does such a cruel thing to his wife. Make sure that you do not break your promise to be faithful to your wife."
How much clearer does it get!!!!
Its not a choice is an act of obedience!!!!!

Friends are friends forever
Real True Friends
"... When you ask God for a gift,
Be thankful if He sends,
Not diamonds, pearls or riches,
but the love of real true friends."
by Helen Steiner Rice
How many of us can truly say we are quite equipped to walk through life with no friends? More and more I realize, that no man is an island and the work true friends do in my life, often making my burdens lighter and sharing my load. True friends are burden bearers, and load shedders. Having a friend to speak to, to hold, to look at, to laugh and cry with, to pray and sing with, to share a problem or a plan with. Having a friend means, allowing your guard down, to allow them to protect you and your interest. It doesn’t always go well, but when you agree you smile, when you don’t you laugh. It doesn’t alter your commitment to the friendship, when you disagree. Yes true friends are gifts from the Lord.
Much like a covenant, friendships are there to protect both parties. There has to be an interest in the next persons well being. David and Jonathan had one such friendship (covenant). We read about this friendship in 1 Sam 20. We learn a lesson in friendship from the story of David and Jonathan. They were loyal friends throughout their lives. Are you a true friend? Do you stand up for your friend if someone starts saying bad things about him or her? Do you come to their defence? What would you want your friend to do, if they were faced with a situation like that?
The Bible says, ‘do not be unequally yoked with sinners’. 2Co 6:14 That’s a BOLD statement, and is quite categorically stated. Light and darkness? The Kingdom of God and idols? Its serious, it’s stern and yet we try to compromise. ‘I mean does God want us to live in the mountains?’ or ‘I don’t think God meant that’ or ‘I can witness to them’. He (GOD) never minces words. Yes, God wants us to have friends, and at the same time, HE wants us to be a friend too.
I certainly am talking about the ones the Lord brings into our lives. We often hear of people coming into ones life for ‘a reason or a season’, one thing I know for sure is that we have to cherish the gifts the Lord gives us. They are there like angels sent from above they seem to pop up at the right moment, at the oddest of times. In moments of weakness and despair they are there to share that time with us. Through births and deaths, triumphant moments and sad, they always seem to be around.
I would rather be a friend who speaks truth without malice, and would prefer friends of likeness. Pro 27:6 Faithful are the wounds of a friend; but the kisses of an enemy are deceitful. It’s key that we have friends who share in our plight and our sweet victories. There is a friend who sticks closer than a brother (Pro 18:24 A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother). I certainly believe that being called a friend of God is the greatest honour of all, and yes a perfect mentor and friend, He is Jesus Christ, the son of the living God, He’s my friend, LET HIM BE YOUR FRIEND TOO.

As ISO (International Organization of Standardization) serves to maintain international standards, so the Bible is the universal standard against which all who claim to be followers of Jesus should gauge themselves against.
I believe the Bible is the infalable WORD of God and from God to us, mere mortals to govern our lives and how we interact with eachother and our world. When we adhere to the principles, we not only bring into focus the very reason for our existance we also become aware of the length the bredth and the depth, the creator went through to communicate with us.
There are so many issues we need clarification on and what better place to find it than in this manual for life that has stood the test of time.
